What do you love most about your job?
Working with companies and helping them to achieve set goals through social media. Social media is all about expanding your reach and getting your business in front of the right audience. Anyone can post on social media but getting the message right and to a relevant audience, isn't so straight forward - it takes careful planning and consideration to get it right.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2011, I sold an online business that was totally driven by social media engagement. We were after a new challenge and wanted to work with across a variety of industries rather than just one. Our back ground is magazine publishing, digital publishing, sales and marketing. Combining all of these attributes allows us to give a rounded approach to social media marketing.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a husband and wife team with over 40 years of combined experience in publishing and digital media. Our sales and marketing background combined with editorial instincts and writing skills means that we bring a balanced approach to our clients marketing needs. We also look at the whole picture as social media should form part of a marketing plan. We get to know your business, your competition and your potential clients to ensure that we are always ahead of the game.
We work from a home based office, this means that we can keep our costs very competitive, it also means that the doors don't shut at 5.00pm. We monitor accounts after hours and during weekends and will always react to urgent requests. We also ensure that a professional approach is maintained at all times.

Yes, all of our services are provided remotely. We provide monthly reports and use time management software to keep track of hours spent and tasks completed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Many of our meetings now take place over Zoom, however, we are very happy to hold face-to-face meetings if that is the preferred method.
