Absolutely outstanding! Every part of our stay was perfect. We stayed with our 2 children, through make a wish uk. My 3 year old daughters wish was to be a princess, and the jumeirah staff made that happen in every way. We all felt like royalty. I recently enjoyed one of Eric Landlards wonderful afternoon teas here. The food was excellent as usual with imaginative savouries and exquisite cakes. The scones were perfection and as a keen baker myself I commented on them and cheekily asked for the recipe. I was told if I left my email address the pastry chef would send it to me,which he duly did.
The service is superlative with our cups and side plates being changed regularly and unobtrusively.
The only minus point in my opinion ( and its a big one )is the fact that there were many children and crying babies allowed in the same room. More...

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception and dinner for 200+ guests last weekend and we cannot thank the Jumeirah enough for all their hard work leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

The day was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by all guests. Our stays in the standard rooms and presidential suites were also very good.

The first time I stayed at Carlton Tower was when I visited my husband during his 6 month stay in London.
Every weekend at the Carlton Tower was a true joy in every way - room, spa, pool, rib room, chinoiserie, breakfast, roomservice, parking and especially the staff.
Might seem funny that I have mentioned parking as a joy but I have never ever before been welcomed with such a lovely personality as the ones who are in charge of the parking/garage -always there to open the door, lend a hand, park the car, polish the car & hoover the car.
Knowing that there is someone to park my car 24/7 makes driving in and around London a piece of cake.
A year later we moved into our own house outside London but we kept comming back every saturday for afternoon tea at the chinoiserie.
Even we lived close we did sometimes stay for the night just to "refresh" good memories.
Especially our son who had visited the Carlton Tower on a weekly base since he was 2 years old just loves comming back (he is 16 today).
A lot of the staff have been the very same the last 14 years and they all have this special quality as to remember guests name, likes & interests.
This is one of the reason why it is always such a pleasure to go back - feels a little like comming home xxx More...
