About

I have over 15 years experience of working as a counsellor.

This has included working therapeutically with children and young people for a charity, in schools and in an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). I am also systemically trained (family work) and have worked therapeutically with families. I also work with couples and am trained as a Relate counsellor.

My initial counselling training was integrative, meaning that I do not offer just one approach to counselling, but adapt my work to what is most helpful for my clients.

I am currently offering work by telephone and video sessions.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by its code of conduct and ethics.
