What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients improve and achieve their goals - watching them get stronger and developing a deeper understanding of their body. I love it when my class members become friends and bond over Pilates!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a self employed sports therapist working with injury rehabilitation for 10 years. Having attended classes for an even longer time, I realised that Pilates and rehabilitation go hand in hand. Now I teach it for general body conditioning and as part of a healthy lifestyle as well as for rehabilitation.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having a deep understanding of anatomy and the way body moves means I can teach with safety and precision. The 10 years experience of working with people to achieve their goals has taught me how to be both a professional and friendly teacher.
