Relaxed atmosphere, helpful and knowledgeable staff. My hair is curly and requires a keen technical eye to shape it well when short. I had a top styling and unsurpassed service with refreshments and wonderful head massage.The hairdresser took on board my concerns and she delivered superb hair cut, giving a beautiful shape on the back of the head adding to it a playful movement and carefully sculpted the front, exactly what I wanted and more. I love how easy it is to brush my hair and it all falls down so effortlessly in an unified form.My hair colour was selected above my expectations and grey hair was covered in my natural shade, a colour that emphases the colour of my eyes. I had the most professional hair cut ever and great blow haircut with Alen! Lovely friendly staff! From the minute you arrive and speak to the lovely receptionist to the minute you leave, it feels like you are being lovingly looked after. A lovely manager, Ziba, who is so friendly and make you feel at home! I have severe anxiety and it is not easy to meet new people! But, Alen put me at ease and help me so much to cope with! He is a warm, friendly and attentive professional hair stylist, he did a fantastic job on my hair! He took his time to be sure what I wanted and what is suited for me! The result is fabulous! I love my hair style! I feel good and will go back again! I cannot be enough thankful!You should really be proud of your excellent customer experience.I have been to many professional salons but so pleased I have found Millimetre Boutique Salon at O2 Center! I took my 13 year old daughter who has long curly hair to have them straightened. She was seen but Dani who spent hours and did the most amazing job. It was the third year running we had it done but first time at that salon: the atmosphere is very friendly and all the staff make you feel like you are family. "Life changes once you meet perfect hairdresser" this couldn't be true! Once I have went into Joseph Koniak salon no one could compare to the level their do everything and something. My hairstylist always was / is Sunita but everyone else in there are beyond praises too! Beautiful and bubbly receptionist always puts you at easy, she knows what to say and how to say it. Think of this salon as 5 star hotel service only that people there not faking but living their dream by realising their own potentials and demonstrating how to do something to perfection! Thank you! I had my hair cut by Gary at the 02, the cut was excellent. As an ex hairdresser myself I am very fussy. I had never found anyone quite like him, aside from that Gary is a very nice person, he understands exactly what you want and will do exactly that.
