What do you love most about your job?
I love to sing and entertain people! I also like meeting people and have a fun sense of humor so easily mix in and quickly help to create a good and fun atmosphere for my clients. I travel all over the UK performing at various events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always admired the voice of Frank Sinatra and Big Band Swing Singers of that golden era of music and when I first started I got such favorable comments from my bookers/clients that it encouraged me to continue as a singer.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a professional singer with a lot of experience as an event singer having sung at hundreds of events whether it is at Weddings during the Wedding Breakfast or Reception . Anniversaries or Birthday Parties or Corporate Events. I am reliable and really care that I do a good job for my clients!
I am self contained and work mainly as a solo singer - so I bring my own top quality PA System and lighting into the venue and sing to top class backing tracks, which sound as if a big band is playing with me. This saves the client money as I work solo. I offer a 1 x hour performance or 2 x 45/50 mins performances or you can book the 'Complete Joe Swing Package', which also includes background music throughout the event, use of a mic for speeches and a Disco to finish. As an added extra you can also book me to perform a spot of amazing Close up Magic for your guests at the start of the event! (Prices vary accordingly but booking the complete package will save you money as to book a DJ as well would cost a lot more!)
Close up Magician
Joe Swing is also a top class trained Close-up Magician and for an extra nominal fee he will perform amazing Close up Magic early on when the guests first arrive at your event. This is something you can discuss with Joe if it's something extra you want and save you money, especially if you were thinking of booking a Close up Mix 'n' Mingle Magician for your event.
