I have dealt with JLB for over 20 years and have always found the level of service to be second to none; hence my loyalty to the business. My most recent experience was particularly satisfying so i thought i would post this review.I had arranged to have my Mitsubishi L200 pick up booked in with Lindsey on the Monday, she was able to offer to schedule the work in the following day which was great (I know how busy they can be). I had a consultation with John regarding what I felt may need looking at on my vehicle, we were able to structure a break down of potential faults and establish the likely cost of each element of the work. Wednesday came and Andrew called to say it was ready to collect. I drove away very happy, my truck felt like new again, tight, responsive and filled me with confidence for longer journeys knowing that JLB had carried out the work. I have worked with cars all my life so it was an easy choice.
