Two computers, one a laptop the other a desktop asked for repair at tow different times.. one was a screen issue, it come back no longer cracked but ghosting and they did not plug a speaker back in. Second time was a desktop, sent in with a possible aio issue, returned underperforming for the cpu and later found via 2 rma's both all the ram and the cpu was faulty, obvious, fans stopped whirling as fast as they were originally and they did not bother testing any further.. I'm very good with working with the coding side of computers.. however when it comes to the electrical components I have no clue. I had a expensive laptop broken for the best part of a year. No clue what was wrong with it. Tried 2 other places over the year and yet no help or "couldn't find anything wrong, buy a new one". So on my last attempt before I scrapped it, I took it to these guys. Within a day, they diagnosed a faulty ram slot. So they told me how to fix it, instead of 2x 4gb ram, I now have 1x 8gb. Money was a bit tight then so I said can I buy the part and you guys install and they said that's fine. They literally saved me me money and only charged me £25 for the diagnosis and putting the ram slot in. BRILLIANT SERVICE, QUICK & BEST VALUE FOR MONEY!! I work with electronics quite often so this will be my go to for any issues. WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND!! More...

It's sad that nothing really changes here, it's the only shopping centre that let's you know when it's raining outside, without going outside. ... Because the place leaks like a sieve and (I'm being serious, not exaggerating), the centre staff place buckets and warning bollards apparently every 10 metres apart. It's like a minefield to dodge the wet areas. More shops closing, or closed up in July, the Forum looks now even more empty....... shame 🙄 Update 31/03/23. The Forum is clean and bright, but even more shops are closed, this is now roughly 50% of the total units available. More...
