Was looking for something different to try after having my little boy and stumbled across these classes. I'm now a few months in and totally hooked! . The instructions and guidance is brilliant. The classes are fun. The teachers have been amazing. In fact everyone I have met throughout the classes have been an absolute pleasure. I look forward to each and every class. I'm fitter and stronger already and as a fairly shy, embarrassed person I also feel more confident. I am proof that you are never too old to try something new. Micheal is very friendly and helps you if your struggling in class, get karate kit as soon as you have decided if you want to join. Great option to join as its not too expensive very clean and many people are happy and willing to help you at any point, many options of classes eg 4:30pm for young children and 8:00pn for adults only. I have trained, with my two sons, at JJBBA Nottingham for 4 and a half years. We are learning and enjoying valuable life skills along with better fitness. The club has always got a friendly atmosphere. The Instructors extreme dedication and encouragement towards all students is incredible. This is passed on and is reflected in the students.
