How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
First would be to make sure the garage is structurally safe, make sure theres a damp course in brick or blockwork, electrics saftey checked. Fire proof and fire escape routes etc..
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Blocking up garage door, installing new doors and windows, insulating and screeding floor, batten/stud and insulating walls, boarding out and skimming/jointing, decorating.

All work comes with 5 year garuntee (storm or wind damaged cannot be covered)

Wanted to push myself further and like putting myself in positions where i have to think outside the box
