Needed an emergency call out on a Saturday due to a boiler leaking internally onto the electrics. Very quick service (called around 10am and by 1pm the boiler was fixed and up and running) especially for a Saturday. Fortunately, the part needed was in the guy's (Angus) van, so the part was replaced there and then and full service was carried out. Nice lad and job was well done. J.B Heating was tasked to conduct a routine service and to investigate pressure issues with my boiler. I have used this company in previous years and found them to be open, honest and friendly. 2 young lads arrived at the agreed time and was polite and coutious at all times, they informed me of the issues with the pressure and what was required to remedy the fault. They completed the work to a more than satisfactory standard in a relatively short amount of time. I was genuinely surprised by the professionalism of the 2 young lads, something you don’t often see in this day and age.I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and will recommend J.B Heating to friends and family, they are in my contacts list and will be the first port of call for any future issues. Rang at 11:30, within 2 hours my broken boiler was being repaired. Really appreciated the quick response as it's February so not exactly warm. Was expecting the cost to be quite high but it was fully serviced and fixed at a low price. Thank you Angus for coming so quickly and for being so nice and explaining it all to me. Can’t thank them enough for coming out when everyone else was staying tucked up in the warmth in the horrendous weather. The young lads were very polite and very efficient and got my heating back up and running thankfully! Yes it’s a costly service but that is the industry not the company. Absolutely fantastic, professional, brilliant boiler installation and radiator removal. All completed whilst we were on holiday. We even got a video to show us how to work the boiler. Came same day as we had the part needed to fix the boiler but upon investigation the fault was different. At 4pm John braved the traffic through Manchester to pick up the part we needed and come back and fix it. At 19:30 we have central heating and hot water for my 3 year old and 10month old baby.
