I really enjoyed the class, Jay is very knowledgeable and very attentive to individual needs of his pupils. He explained very well all the movements and then he talked during the exercise, reminding us what to do, how and in which direction. I've been training with Jay for over four years and my personal transformation, both physical and mental, has been incredible.
