What’s your signature dish?
Every dish is a signature as we give 100% on all of our food. However desserts is where i specialise.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I try and create a menu personal to the customer. As them what they like, do they have memories that can be recreated for the dish etc
What do you love most about your job?
I love food. Food is my passion and i love sharing what i no with other people to enjoy
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have spent 22 years in the industry and stood back and watched many people do a job i felt could be done better.
Why should our clients choose you?
My passion and experience makes the best combination. i enjoy life and food and give 100%. food should be enjoyed and not seen as a chore.
