We have just completed on the selling of our house and wanted to give a review regarding our experience with Jackson Bailey. From beginning to end they have been very professional and given a very personal service. We have mostly been liaising with Ben and have found him to be very professional, friendly and focused.All viewings of our house were arranged by a very handy WhatsApp Group that included Ben and his colleague Jack. Jack was also fantastic and excellent with communications. We found the WhatsApp group perfect for confirming viewings as we both work. Feedback from each viewing was instant, quite often we would receive it within 10mins of the Viewing finishing.All offers were handled professionally and as Ben in particular does not always work to the normal confinement of 9-5, so negotiations were discussed well after 6pm which was brilliant for us!Once our house was under offer, Ben remained professional and informative throughout. Ben was very efficient and kept us in the loop at all times. He also helped to maintain a good relationship with all chain parties. Ben always went above and beyond and provided such excellent customer service. Jackson Bailey really are far superior to other agents we have experienced working with. You just can’t get what they offer anywhere else. Dealing with them was a pleasure!We would like to say a massive thank you to Jackson Bailey and would recommend to all friends and family. I can’t recommend Ben and Jack at Jackson Bailey enough. The customer service, communication, knowledge and experience and willingness to go the extra mile is nothing short of breathtaking. Every week we would be provided a summary of what was happening, including a breakdown of online activity with graphs giving data on website and Rightmove hits. We’ve used other agents in the Hedge End area and have been thoroughly disappointed and frustrated, with no communication for weeks on end. Jackson Bailey have broken the mold, from the WhatsApp group just for our property (Ben would answer a query at 8pm on Sunday evening!!) to the in depth updates, others just are not in the same ballpark. What can I say....I'd give more stars if I could! I was referred to Jackson Bailey by a family member. I had already felt I'd go with an agent with a shop in Hedge End, but once I'd made contact with Ben I'd changed my mind completely. Wow what can I say... I cannot praise this company enough from the outset they were absolutely fantastic. Ben & Jack are true professionals and nothing was too much trouble. Jackson Bailey were able to simply do something our previous agents were unable to do - sell our house. This is only part of the picture and story however. ...From the very moment that Ben came to our house to meet myself and my partner Katie, we knew that he would do his best for us. From the initial discussion and our frustrations shared about our experiences with two other agents we had already marketed with (Purplebricks - avoid them at all costs, they have to be the worst agent in history unless you want to be on the market with no viewings in a 6 week period!) we were able to progress and move forward.Within a very short space of time, we had lots of viewings and interests and were able to accept an offer down the line for a little less than our asking price. The photos that Ben took stood out and showed our house in a perfect picture, I firmly believe that this and the brochure produced supported the sale.Throughout the process, we have been kept in touch with by Ben and Jack through lots of medians such as text and email. Through our jobs, it was difficult to speak on the phone a lot so by being able to communicate this way, it was effective for us. I would say that this would be appropriate for people who work throughout the week and can just reply quickly to a text or email.If and when we choose to move on to a new property, despite now being located in Whiteley, I will be straight on the phone to Ben because I know he will do all he can for us. From having members of my own family previously working in estate agency, I know there are some strong stereotypes as to what the "traditional" estate agent is. Jackson Bailey are by far the best Estate Agents in Hampshire! The service you will receive from them is first class. I have never known any estate agent put so much effort into their work. Phone calls and text messages straight after every viewing so that you are aware of what is happening. None of this waiting 3 days for the agent to tell you they didn’t like it or thought it was too expensive. Ben and Jack were on the button every time. In a very difficult market Ben and Jack put 1000% effort into getting a sale for our property. They even helped me to shift some boxes on my completion day as I was running out of time. Ben from Jackson Bailey has been fantastic. From the first call to the valuation and the service agreement which was returned by hand in person within a matter of hours, right through to the marketing of my property, of which the portfolio was outstanding "again down to Ben's persistent eye to detail", which led to my property being sold within days for just under the asking price to which again Ben went above and beyond to achieve,. What more could we want from an estate agent?Ben has been in my opinion above extremely efficient throughout the process, keeping me updated regularly, chasing both solicitors and vendors, no matter what time of day. He clearly knows the market and the field very well. I have been very impressed with Jackson Bailey so far. From the very start Ben has been really helpful and informative. Ben has been available at any time by phone, text or email, which is fantastic when you have a busy lifestyle. I realised how valuable this was recently when my partner and I wanted to make an offer on a property with another estate agent, but they were closed at 4pm on the Saturday and not open at all on he Sunday! I've been looking for a house with my partner for some months, and we ended up viewing 16 in total before having an offer accepted on one, including with agents such as White & Guard, Your Move, Richmonds, Pure, Purple Bricks and David Evans. Ben at Jackson Bailey was by far the most switched on and knowledgeable about each of the 4 properties we viewed with him over the course of a number of weeks. Although I felt that Ben was very patient in helping us to find a property that suited us (which we appreciated), it was actually his selling skills that I was most impressed with, as his agency clearly has a strategy of maximising interest in a particular property in order to secure a quick sale close to the asking price for the seller (two of the houses we viewed with Ben sold within 2 days of first viewing). Although we personally had already found a buyer for our property through another agent, Jackson Bailey's strategy, combined with Ben's knowledge of the 'selling points' of each of the houses we viewed with him, mean that if we come to sell again in the future, we would choose to sell through Jackson Bailey.
