Following the review below J Reynolds have reimbursed the electrical work required to mend the broken light. So if Bark wish to delete the poor review, I'd be grateful

Sorry to post this but I saw a photo of my house on facebook and would like to make a comment. Although the job was well done (and we have a new roof) aftercare has not at all been ideal. A security light was damaged in the job and the company are refusing to pay for that to be mended. They suggest I get a new light and pay someone else to fit it, something they will not reimburse.

I have been entirely reasonable and calm throughout this but the final refusal to help us has forced me to post this review here. I will post comments on other review sites to warn future customers. Shame on you, J Reynolds and Co. More...

Great slating job carried out by John and his crew at Keir, Buchlyvie. Would definatly recomend them. On budget and on time. Big thumbs up.
