Will writing Services
We provide home consultation for Wills. Including Joint Mirror wills, property protection trust wills, discretionary trust wills, mutual wills. Our fees are agreed before we begin. A standard joint mirror will is £180 plus VAT. Trust and tax planning wills are bespoke and priced according to complexity.
Probate Administration
Probate can be a very complex task but we can help, we offer guaranteed fixed fees for Estate Administration. We can take on the whole estate Administration process alternatively we can deal with limited aspects of the work, such as dealing with the Inheritance Tax forms or estate accounts.
Lasting Power of Attorney
IWC can help you create a Lasting Power of Attorney. This document allows you to appoint a relative or professional to handle your affairs if you ever become unable due to an illness or accident. We offer home consultations across most of the UK, consultants will visit you at home where we are able to discuss the Lasting Power of Attorney for Property & Affairs or Health & Welfare.
