I was literally throwing away some broken old laptops and stressing out because I would be without a PC, a friend suggested I let Jamie take a look before throwing them out.

I couldn't believe it when he got one of them running and running really well. Swapping this and using that bit. I didn't need to stress at all.

I love making things work. Letting people function and be as productive as the technology will allow. The machines we use should never be a barrier to getting stuff done.

I have some horror stories about poor tech support, I have worked in enterprize level tech support for business and government clients. I now would like to provide this pro level service to anyone who needs it, whatever your ability, financial status, or any other criteria. If I think I can help you out, I will.

I am honest, patient, technically skilled annd have a keen sense of initiative. A former employer once told me "you're not like the other technicians here" as he pointed generally toward the 20 or so technicians in our team. A great compliment indeed, I believe. If 20 techs all robotically attempt to fix something, they will all fail if their process is bad, An Awesome technician will ditch the broken method, adapt and redefine a new one.
