Yoga is for everyone, no matter who you are or how old you (sometimes) feel. And, because it’s for everyone, my teaching (and the rhythm of any session) is flexible enough to suit both the individual and group: from the physical meditations of ashtanga yoga to the self-reflecting meditations and relaxations of hatha yoga or yoga nidra.

He gives off a great energy and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable in his presence.
