What are you going to convert the garage into? Because this will alter the stages of conversion.
Is the garage detached? Is it structurally sound?
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Height is very important when deciding on a loft conversion. Have any of your neighbours had loft coversions, is there a president set in your area of the same property with loft conversions ? If so we would start the intial process of an architect coming to site to start putting together some drawings of design and build.

I have been in construction for 20 years. Running along side being a London fire fighter for the last 15 years.
