Our boiler stopped working on Saturday, found Scott and his company on Yell.com, he answered our call immediately and came the following day (Sunday). Scott turned up early and was professional and courteous during his entire visit with us. Had Scott come to evaluate my boiler which had stopped working. i was very impressed that he came out the same day as calling them, and was able to get my boiler back up and running by replacing a few parts, needless to say i am very happy with the end results, reasonable priced, good knowledge, friendly, will deffo use again myself, i even have some more work for them as my father needs some plumbing work done. In an hour of need these guys were there - a local company rather than a national website pretending to be local and they responded immediately with an evening call out at 10pm from a boiler breakdown which turned out to have a broken oil pump. First class service from my initial phone call made first thing on a Sunday morning. Spoke at length on the phone asking questions regarding my broken boiler and offered great advice. Offered to come out straight away but explained if my boiler needed parts he didn’t carry then First thing Monday morning would be a safer bet. Rather than 2 call outs which was very honest of him. Arrived the next morning as arranged, very polite & professional.After a quick check of the boiler he identified the problem & talked us through the options.Made us aware of the exact costs of parts & then went to get them. Arrived back within the hour & fitted the new parts, he also pointed out & rectified other things on the boiler that he said could cause issues in the future. From the first phone call to all the work carried out Scott was on time, efficient and friendly. We required radiators moved in rooms in an old building and 4 en suite bathrooms done. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we gave him some really awkward things to do but it was all no trouble and we can't recommend him enough.
