Have used Knight Knox on more than once. Compared to some of their other rivals they are very responsive and provide an easy one-stop shop and vehicle for hands-off investment. 4 star only because it is still early days to see if the promised rate of returns bear fruit after the initial guaranteed level of investment returns has passed. I came to know Knight Knox form my daughter. She initially bought an apartment of X1 The Landmark in Manchester last year. She told me Knight Knox was a reliable real property company. If I had idle money and wanted to invest it into this field, there would be nothing doubt, but simply contacted Knight Knox, who would like do everything possible for me .
It was amazing later on. Knight Knox rendered an excellent service to me. Since the staff of Knight Knox were fully aware that I was not a resident in UK, they patiently introduced to me the development of Manchester now and in near future, the potential return of my investment, locations of all Knight Knox Developments. On their recommendation, I finally selected two rooms apartment of X1 Media City.
The procedure of purchasing was so simple that I needn’t worry about anything. They let me know each step in detail including legal process. There was no hidden information and everything is transparent. The price was fare compared with other factors. It was good value for money.
My purpose is Buy and Let. The apartment of X1 Media City will ensure me above 6% return per annum, which will be a part of my income after retirement. It’s worth to put the money in Knight Knox without any worries in future.

I have fantastic experience with Knight Knox, especially Mr James Morris, he has changed my opinion and impression of Property Consultant, he is extremely helpful, not pushy, always put my interest first, genuine guy. Making a property investment these days can be a minefield but Knight Knox take any potential pain away.

My initial attraction to them was their fantastic track record building dozens of developments and going on to manage many of them, themselves. They truly look after everything end-to-end.

I have never actually met anybody from Knight Knox due to my travel schedule but every interaction I have had with their personnel has been friendly and professional. Any queries I have had were responded to rapidly.

The real 'proof of the pudding' where anything customer services related is concerned though is how any organisation manages problems. I am pleased to write that so far I have not experienced anything requiring any corrective action by Knight Knox but I have every confidence that in any such situation you would be well looked after. As a first-time investor in a buy-to-let property using Knight Knox, I have been extremely happy with the service they provided, including all aspects of the buying process and aftercare service available. I thought for a long time and did lots of research before investing in property, and that included researching advisors as well as properties.

Throughout my research, I found Knight Knox to be really friendly and knowledgeable, not just about their properties, but the sector as a whole. Most importantly for me, they weren't pushy and understood that I was going to take my time before acquiring.

When I did enter the market, I then had full confidence in Knight Knox, and they continued to advise and mould my plans with me, listening to my preferences and putting options forward that worked for me.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Knight Knox.
First of all the friendly service - All the staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable friendly and professional. A credit to their employer.
Secondly - I am of course aware that there are time critical processes involved in buying a property but at no time did I feel pressured into a purchase.
