ONE-LINE:  Best photobooth ever--especially if you get the packages!PHOTOBOOTH:  Now that I've been to numerous weddings, parties, events, I've got to say I am extremely impressed by Instapics Hawaii.  The bar is set for me.  I hired them for my son's 1st birthday party and Instapics really made the day special!  The picture area was spacious, the backdrop was fun, they came with a cool variety of interesting props, and the best part was the quality of the prints--super clear and on nice paper.  We threw a dino party and the design that Cristina made was sooooo cute (and yet clean and modern which is what I like).  She incorporated my son's picture and it made for the cutest design ever--I was really happy with it.COOL:  I booked a package with a button bar and an hour of a balloon bar for the kids.  The button bar is genius--you take a single picture and the helpful attendants will turn it into a magnet for you!  It was an absolute hit--even my husband went to make a magnet for himself.  The balloon bar (like a stuff-a-balloon) was also a hit--the kids loved it and a lots of adults made balloons also.  Everyone had big smiles!GRATEFUL:  Cristina helped me from start to finish--she was amazing and so on it!  I liked that there were lots of options and Cristina was very great with helping to customize things.  Two-thumbs up for communication and the turn-around time after the party was very very quick. The Instapics attendants were also amazing--super sweet, very professional, and helpful.P.S.  LOTS of our guests came to tell me how happy they were with Instapics' services so I feel like this review is several people's happy feelings all packed into one review.  Definitely good vibes (can you tell by all of the exclamation points?)!  Also, major props because they kept the prop table neat and organized which is a big feat, all by itself, with lots of kids around.  Thank you, Cristina and Instapics Hawaii! One of my friends work for this company & I've always loved the quality of their photos & work! I rented them for my daughters first birthday and I don't regret doing so! !! Instapics Hawaii is the greatest!!! I first met Cristina at an event I attended and loved the photo booth layout and props. Just so happens I was still looking for a photo booth company to do my sons first birthday party. After several conversations with Cristina by email (which was very convenient), we confirmed Instapics Hawaii! She helped with my sons invitation design as well as the photo booth. She was so so easy to work with and very reasonably priced as well! Sent me the invitation copy via email as well as what the layout would look like for the photo booth. The day of the party she was on time and her area for the photo booth was set up nicely. Now that the party is over, we'll also be using Cristina for my sons thank you cards. I have used Instapics Hawaii for the 3rd time now (My wedding, my sisters wedding and my sister inlaws graduation party) and all 3 times we have received exceptional service. Pricing - Very reasonable pricing and worth every penny, the owner Cristina worked with our budget and making payments was very easyService - Both the owner and the Booth tenants that worked the party were very friendly, professional, and we never had to worry about them during the event.Photos/Layout - The quality of the photos and the layout that was custom made for each event were perfect. Thank you so much Christina and Jason  for doing photo booth at my daughter's graduation party at Hale Ikena,Fort Shafter! Everyone enjoyed taking those party pictures.  Your props and backdrop were amazing!  I love them all...everyone enjoyed them all.  Even our adult guests enjoyed it. They didn't mind going back in line again!!!! The digital set up is an awesome idea! UPDATE: Upon posting my original review, Cristina was able to reach out to me to help rectify the situation. Cristina immediately provided me with an updated link,  and the photos immediately brought a smile to my face (as I fondly remembered our event). Through her email, I also learned that Cristina was going through a difficult time. I can understand the difficulties of going through a rough family time, so I am willing to cut a little slack on the delay. I went with instapics for my reception and I was really pleased with what they did and for the price. I will note it was kind of iffy at first in terms of getting a response and securing everything. However once we got it all together it was smooth sailing. They gave me all my guests' shots on a flash drive. I enjoyed that. Our guests had fun and so did we. Booked Cristina for my mom's surprise birthday party and was not disappointed! Fast setup, quick turnaround time for prints, and good customer service. Instapics Hawaii did my sons Graduation Party this past weekend. They came about an hour early to set up and had a great variety of props to take pictures with. All my guests loved it and had numerous pictures taken. I recommend you getting the full size booth if you want large group pics. What's great about it is that they can tilt the camera to get all them little kids without them standing in anything. You can give Cristina the owner a call and she can make a custom print layout especially for your party and to me the most awesome part is that you can access all your pictures online and you get a thumdrive to keep all your pics too. Cristina came by to make sure everything was set up right before the party started and came back afterwards to ensure everything ran smoothly. Cristina was really wonderful with communication, she was quick to respond to all my questions and her pricing were reasonable. I couldn't be happier with our reception last night and I'm so glad we chose to go with instapic Hawaii. Her staff that set up and stayed last night were really friendly and super easy to talk to! I think I talked to them more than the guests that attended. They were also really nice to print extras for me since the machine was acting up each time I got in the shot. Overall Cristina and her staff were wonderful and if I ever needed to, I'd book with her and instapics Hawaii again. She even customized a layout that was perfect for our very Chinese reception even though I only had a picture of our invitation to show her. I wish 3 hours didn't fly by so fast, but definitely made the night!What I really loved was the USB we got was the icing on the cake. I first talked to Cristina by text and email.  I could tell off the bat she was going to be easy to work with.  She was energetic, professional, easygoing, and made me feel that she really enjoyed the party business.  I decided the first time I talked to her that I was going to book INSTAPICSHAWAII.  I was actually referred to them by my friend and he told me the exact same thing I felt about her when I first met her.  Needless to say, she fulfilled and exceeded all my expectations. Her staff was pleasant, helpful, and very friendly.  The layout was great and everyone enjoyed they modern equipment and quick photo processing.  I know she might not want to hear this, but I have to tell people my story.  I had to throw my daughters birthday by myself.  When I did Cristina offered to help me.  I was shocked and overwhelmed at the same time.  Needless to say, I let her take charge and she did the whole party by herself and in addition handled the logistics of her photo booth company.  Everyone was raving about the decor and decorations. The theme was princess and if my daughter could talk she would have said " way to go dad!!!" I love to hosts parties but hate the stress that comes from it. Instapicshawaii basically took the stress out of party planning leaving me with the best part about throwing parties; making memories with my guests and more importantly catering to the celebrant. They literally are a one stop shop for all your party needs and you won't see a duplicate of their stuff anywhere else either. They custom tailor things from banners, invitations, favor tags to photobooth pic fun. There really is nothing they cannot do! What I am impressed about the most is owner Cristina's graphics design skill. She took my vision  (pineapples and the US Navy ) and created a design that became the continuing party theme giving the party a cohesive look. I am still floored at how she was able to bring it all together.Let us not forgot the Instapicshawaii photobooth fun! I needed a last minute photobooth for my 10 year wedding anniversary on July 4th.  When I contacted instapicshawaii they were able to not only accommodate me, but also meet me that same day with the contract ready.  She had the background that I wanted (at no additional cost) and a good amount of layouts that were customizable.  On the day of the party everyone was able to take pix multiple times and the props were plenty and perfect.  The prices are also very affordable, for everything you get, compared to other local photo booths.  I would hire them again for another party. We had instapics at my son's first birthday party and we couldn't be more happier with their services!!! Cristina was a joy to work with, communication was fast and easy! She made a super cute photo layout using the theme from my sons's invitation and we couldn't have been more happier with how it turned out! I worked with Cristina for my wedding. I loved that the photo booth was very modern and guests got to choose what layout they wanted. Very cool feature that I have not seen at other weddings. I chose them because I liked the fact that we got to have a custom design also. It was a hit at the wedding!I did dock one star for responsiveness. As a someone who is paying for their services, I expect prompt responses. Sometimes I wouldn't hear from Cristina for weeks, which would be really frustrating. Where do I start? Instapics Hawaii is absolutely an amazing company to include in your party planning. I was in search of a photo booth for my daughter's graduation party. With an abundance of photo booth companies out there to choose from I knew I wanted one that had a specific look and style in the layout and the end product. I thought this is something people will probably keep for years to come. I don't want just a regular picture with simple text running across the bottom. I wanted something that would be a wow factor. I found Cristina off of Yelp and a special rate as well. Cristina returned my quote inquiry in a matter of hours. She called me and we spoke on the phone to see what package would suit my needs and she was just amazing. We clicked like as if we were long time bff's. She not only spoke of her packages but she asked about my daughter's theme and what I have planned ..my vision.. She helped me brainstorm favors and it was  Meeting up with her to take care of the business stuff was good. Although she wasn't the staff that came to operate my party's photo booth.. She sent 2 staffers that handles my guests very professionally and well. They came setup really quick. They have many props. Photo booth went off without a hitch for sure. From beginning to end Instapics Hawaii met my expectations far beyond. Although her social media station wasn't able to be at my party because it broke a week prior. It was okay. The guests..students. Adults. And all managed to upload their pics on their own at some point during or after the party. Post party: she uploads your party pics for you online. She's amazing. She has outstanding layouts that is practically handcrafted to the "look" you want. About 8 months into planning my daughters 1st bday, I was struggling to find a photobooth rental. I came across Instapics through IG. When I browsed the website, I instantly fell in love with the services they offered and how well they did each custom party invite. I was just in awwww.  Cristina was very professional, friendly, and accommodating with the services I was looking for, for my daughters party. She gave me a $50 discount, along with throwing in a free custom photobooth layout, backdrop, and photo props. I also had inquired 3 weeks later if she could make a custom thank you poster and she was very kind to do it for free! So glad we booked Instapics Hawaii for my parent's wedding anniversary celebration. The guests had so much fun with the photo booth! Some of them even came up to me and told me how pretty the design of the photo layouts were. There were a lot of props to choose from, all neatly organized on the tables. We had Instapics Hawaii at my daughter's 1st birthday party this weekend.  Cristina arrived early to set up and was ready to begin the photo booth at the time we agreed upon.  Her props were organized, clean and in excellent condition.  She was friendly and helpful to the guests at our party. She adjusted the camera to accommodate large groups of picture takers as well as little kids that wanted to take group pics.  Her pricing is affordable and we were able to take advantage of a deal we saw on Instagram.  She did a great job at personalizing the photos to match the theme of the party and the invitation that was created by someone else.   Our guest had fun taking pics.
