What do you love most about your job?
This company is my life and like so many others I truly believe in the service we can offer. I have customers who range from Blue Chips to Start ups and no matter their size knowing that we have become an integral part of their sales process shows that what we do works and it is what is needed to change the image Telemarketing has been given over the years by poor customer relationships
What inspired you to start your own business?
With so many Telemarketing companies offering the same service and focusing on quantity over quality, throw enough and hope something sticks, I wanted to make a change to the industry. I have run small teams and 300 seat call centres but I wanted something different with Inspired B2B marketing, high quality lead generation and appointment setting to truly make a difference to companies.

An eLearning offering for NHS, Care Homes and Medical Teaching Universities
The Challenge ….. Our client came to us over 2 years ago as a fledgling company. At that point, they had a small number of clients, but were looking to get to critical mass within a specifically timed period. They had no marketing strategy, so we had to guide them through the whole process, and we agreed on a pilot telemarketing project to assess their suitability within the very competitive healthcare market. The Project ….. Owing to the huge success we have enjoyed securing appointments with Universities and NHS Trusts, we now represent our client 2 days per week purely within the Care Home sector to build this sector up. Our monthly target in this sector is 6 appointments which we are comfortably achieving.. The Results ….. We offer appointment generation for two days each week and during our time together, our client has • Over 120 NHS Trusts using their portal • Over 70% of the Medical Teaching Universities and Hospitals on board • An increasing number of Care Homes joining the portal During our relationship with our client we have exceeded the target every month and we are now on a constant rolling programme helping this now very successful business to become a serious player in the provision of eLearning portals within the Care and Medical sectors.
A small Firm of Accountants
The Challenge ….. Our Clients began trading in 2015 with two friends who were working for a large firm who decided that they wanted to run their own firm locally to where they both live and avoid a big commute each day. From the beginning, the Firm took the decision not to be located on the high street, as they wanted to attract small to medium businesses rather than sole traders. The firm has recently taken on another accountant who works with companies who have a presence in Europe. His understanding of taxation and other matters in Europe, as well as his multi-lingual capabilities is a valuable asset to the Firm. Although he has brought in some clients of his own, the desire now is to promote this additional resource in the best way possible, using telemarketing. The Project ….. The brief is to speak with large corporates who work in Europe as well as the UK to promote our clients capabilities. We will also be approaching manufacturing and engineering businesses who may be considering working in Europe but want advice on the taxation regulations. We are also advising prospects of events that our Client is attending, to arrange one to one meetings at those events. The Results ….. We have completed 18 days of a 30 day campaign and achieved 14 new business appointments. The client has reported that all appointments have taken place, and they are now in the process of engaging with 8 of the prospects. Our Client is hosting an event later in the year and we are in the process of promoting this to prospects. We have been tasked with getting buy in from 100 people in the hope that between 70 and 80 will attend. We have, to date, secured spaces for 21 delegates.

The Challenge ….. Our client is a new entry into this technology arena. They have spent several years perfecting the technology before coming to market, and being technologists, they have no marketing experience. The client knows the markets they want to break into, but because of the nature of those markets, they have struggled to get a foothold. Usually attending exhibitions and technology shows, they have been disappointed with the results. They contacted us when they decided that a more direct, fine tuned approach was needed to penetrate the markets they wanted to get into. The Project ….. Our client has three sectors which they have identified as being the most lucrative and each sector needs to have a different approach:- • Education • Resellers • Retail We have been asked to conduct three separate campaigns. In the education sector, we are approaching Colleges and Universities to promote the displays in common areas of each facility. In this sector, the sales cycle can be quite lengthy, so we are not just booking appointments, we are also following up and staying in contact with the buyers until they are ready to commit. The resellers are being asked to take part in a training programme prior to promoting the display screens to their customers. Retail is the more challenging of the three sectors, and we have adopted a levelled approach, using social media, email marketing and telemarketing to contact very high-level contacts within major retailers such as Boots, The Arcadia Group and other large groups. We have three telemarketing managers working on these campaigns, each with their own level of knowledge in the three key sectors. The Results ….. Our client is now gaining in roads in a much faster way than previously. We have, to date, secured 7 appointments in the retail sector, and our client has secured three multiple sales with a large national retailer so far. We also have a strong pipeline within this sector. We have secured 11 resellers who are currently undergoing training and will be ready to promote the technology within the next 2 months. We have secured 6 appointments with Colleges and Universities, and our client has secured 2 Universities with a total of 9 units being installed over the summer break. The ROI for our client is considerable, and as we come close the finalising this pilot project, we have already entered into a rolling series of campaigns running until the end of the year
