What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We require a clear design brief for us to begin. If its possible we also like to see any examples the client likes so that we have a rough idea of which way to take the project.
If its print, we need to know if the client has any card preference. We can usually give suggestions if they have little knowledge of stocks.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making a customer happy and exceeding a clients expectations.
I also love the feeling of coming up with a fantastic design. May sound weird, but we just feeling when you just know you've cracked a design.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work for a print and design company but unfortunately was made redundant. I had never thought I would ever want to run my own business. But I am a great believer that things happen for a reason and I am so glad that I decided to give it a shot. It has it positives and negatives though.
