How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
my experience with garage conversions is that it can provide much needed space
and even single garage is good to provide.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
As any project, the property is surveyed, taking dimensions and other vital information for making
existing plans first , than proposed plans and elevations and submission to L.A.
Not every garage conversion needs Planning permission, but will need Building Regulations approval.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The loft space can be converted if there is min. of 2.5m height from ceiling joists to the
ridge so we achieve at least 2.1m headroom.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Stages for loft conversion are: Getting Planing Granted in form of Permitted Development or Full Planning Application.
Then plans to be upgraded for Building Regulations along side with Structural calculations to Building Control approval

special skills to produce specific drawings and of course each project and client is different.

Natural progress in my carrier and life.
