Absolutely dedicated to doing a thorough and professional job.During planning they considered everything that might affect the work or have impact on my neighbours. When the power company's part of the job unexpectedly brought down part of the guttering Roofline rescheduled to get their work done ASAP, and when there was an issue with the scaffolders they were active and apologetic in dealing with it.They're maybe not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for; and I'm confident that my new fascias and guttering have been fitted to a high standard and will last for many years. These guys have been brilliant to us TWICE now. Firstly, replacing a fallen fascia and sorting out the roof on our kitchen extension earlier this year and now they've just finished fixing our bay roof and roof edges (don't know the technical term! ) Both times Danny carefully explained what needed doing, quoted us very good prices and was very understanding about our need to keep the cost down. Best of all though is that all of the team have been friendly and polite and I've felt very comfortable having them around. The scaffolding went up and the work was done very quickly. They are replacing a broken tile that they found and have done more work than was quoted for at no extra cost as the bay roof was in a bad state - much appreciated. Just had the most fantastic service from these guys. Danny and his boys were amazing. They gave us a very competitive quote for the work, kept us informed of everything they were doing, worked super fast to fix our leaky roof, and were an absolute pleasure meet. Posted an urgent online request for a quote as my roof had started leaking on a Saturday night. Sunday 10am Roofline came round to have a look! Had a general quote in an hour. Instructed them on Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning the scaffolding went up, Wednesday 4 roofers worked flat out on my roof all day, by Thursday they finished the job... the guys worked so hard and I'm so grateful. I had concrete gutters, which were leaking and needed replacing, so not just your usual roofline replacement.I called Roofline Restorations and a few other companies for a quote - Dan (Roofline Restorations) turned up on time as promised and was the only person who actually went up onto the roof in order to check what was going on; Dan told me exactly what work needed doing and completed a report, which outlined the work that would be completed. We went ahead with the quote, which was very reasonable in comparison with others.The work started when promised; the workers were fantastic. They were all very polite and professional; they done a fantastic job and the roofline now looks great. The waste was cleared away when promised (they were also great) and the scaffolding is coming down within the next few days.Overall a great experience and I’m now considering Dan and Roofline Restorations for another job I need doing.Thanks Dan and the Roofline Restorations team. Once we had requested a quote, Dan was thorough, prompt and full in his explanation of the work required. He had a model showing how the work to our leaking flat roof would be executed. We also watched a video showing us how it was done. The work was started promptly. The team were hardworking and pleasant to have about. We are delighted to have our house looking smarter, and ready for this winter and many more.We asked for the fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes to be quoted for as well. Matt's team came and sorted this from scaffolding that was suitable for the task and removed as soon as the work was completed. Having been thoroughly ripped off by the now liquidated Bristol Fascia Company, I'd lost all faith in such outfits, until I was lucky enough to pick Roofline Restorations on Google search for a quote. Despite my scepticism, Danny & Matt reassured me they would do a great job of replacing all the soffits, fascias, drainpipes & the tudor-style gable, at a very reasonable price, & he wasn't kidding! The work was done quickly & efficiently, to an exceedingly high standard. The gable looks 100% better than I ever imagined it could, because Matt took a template of the original one. Danny and the team delivered an A1 service. We had the roof stripped, freshly lined & battened, then re-tiled. They went above and beyond, tidying fascia and replacing guttering. They completed the job on time (the majority of the work was done within three days) and on budget, leaving the garden as they found it. Excellent service from a local business at a reasonable price which we were happy to pay promptly. Dan did an initial survey and talked through everything that would be required and our options. No hidden costs or extras, the price was the price and that price was a lot better than I expected.The installation was completed in a day which was great especially considering they did the front and back of house, the end result finish is fantastic and makes a massive difference to our house. Matt and the guys who did the install were really friendly, polite and thoughtful, they knew my wife had to leave the house mid morning so concentrated on the back of the house so there was no debris for my wife and daughter to walk around. Danny came to look over my flat roof, he is a great salesman. I wasn't sure what I needed but he walked me through the whole process and showed me some of the materials that he would be using. he was totally up front. He had said that the work would be fast and that I wouldn't know that the workmen were there and they would clean the site after they had finished. They started work on Tuesday of this week, and I could see nothing out of the ordinary. Apart from two black bags that the rubbish was in. The Wednesday I got home from work and I knew something had been done after looking out of my bathroom window there was a lovely new flat roof. the only evidence of work being done was the rubbish bags!. Today Thursday I have got home, the roof is completely finished and there were no rubbish bags left behind. I was very unsure about employing this company but I can eat my words and say that I never saw them, they were no trouble, and they did what is says on the tin. Highly recommended! After a very bad experience with roofers it was a leap of faith for me to hand over more money and trust to a builder I didn't know. However after hearing about the circumstances Danny did his utmost to make me feel secure with his business, guaranteeing the work, letting me see his insurance and certification papers, fixing a competitive price and offering me to pay only after all the work was completed and I was happy with it. He saw me in person a couple of times to discuss all the details of the work involved and answered all my questions either in person, on the phone or via email.The workers were courteous, smiling and unobtrusive and did an excellent job, leaving the place tidy after they left. Mat was recommended to us by a reputable builder. We explained what we wanted and he gave us a date and a very reasonable quote and he got straight on with it. He replaced the fascia boards, soffits and guttering on the whole house, taking no short cuts what so ever. He completed the whole job in very good time at a very high standard and wouldn’t leave sometimes until dark.
