Booked service for my BMW. Found Indy to be very friendly, polite and above all knowledgeable. He contacted me twice while doing the car to explain what he had found and done. I was very pleased with the jobs done by Indy and would recommend any BMW owners to use him rather than main stealers. I found Indytech after being quoted £730 for replacing my front breakpads and discs from my local BMW dealer and got the work done for £450. This also includes updating the online service history which is a extremely important to note as many independants are unable to do this. Really impressed and saved me fortune. Indytech was recommended to me via a work colleague. I live on the other side of London and was skeptical about travelling so far, but i took the chance. I called Indy and was pleasantly surprised with the politeness and professionalism of the call. He gave my 3 series BMW a full service and explained everything to me before commencing the work. The work was carried out promptly and he also pointed out a few items that needed attention but did not rip me off into doing them or forcing me to get them done. The prices are very competitive compared to other garages and main dealers. He is an honest guy that provides old fashioned local garage services backed by years and years of BMW expertise and experience.I recommend him highly and will be taking my car back to him for the next interval service. They say everyone should know a good plumber and a reliable mechanic. Well…I have found my reliable Mechanic. I found Indytech though google, as I had braking system issues with my BMW Alpina, and only take my vehicle to BMW specialists. Indytech were able to perform a diagnostic, identify the root cause and fix the issue. The prices were very reasonable and a fraction of what you I would have paid at Sytner (Main Dealer). All costs were explained before the work was carried out.Indytech has access to the BMW system and only uses original BMW parts.The whole customer experience (from when I first called) to the pickup of my vehicle, was of an exceptionally high standard and I would highly recommend Indytech to friends and family if they own a BMW or Mini.Indy’s 20+ years experience really shows and honest customer service is what sets him apart from the rest. Indy was superb, from the moment I called him, he managed to give me the technical knowledge of the job (which the main dealers lacked), he also gave me a very reasonable quote, and just from the telephone conversation it ensured me me he was competent to carry out the job from the get go.

We took our BMW to Indytech on recommendation following a BMW main dealer diagnostic check on why the engine light came on / off on an intermittent basis. As a layman, it is easy to get ripped off when cars go wrong so I am always a little sceptical when using a mechanic for the first time. Well! I need not have worried. When the fault was quickly diagnosed, everything was explained clearly and concisely detailing what needed to be done and at an affordable price, and in terms even I could understand. I then knew I was in safe hands. I was told by the original BMW main dealer that all six cylinder fuel injectors needed replacing. Indy informed me that only one at this moment in time required replacing but was again honest enough to inform me that the others may require replacing at a later date. That’s all you ask for in this world, GOOD HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I dont normally do reviews, but I thought I just had to make the effort as to let others know.
