We simply can’t thank Rob enough for everything he has done to help us buy our first home. If we had any questions, worries or concerns along the way we could always contact him and he would ALWAYS put our minds at ease. If there were any issues whatsoever with Solicitors or Estate Agents etc. he quickly resolved them for us and kept us updated. Rob was always contactable to help keep things moving along for us. Ours was a very complicated leasehold purchase but Rob simply guided us through the process at every step of the way and made it all seem so simple. His dedicated support helped us get our first home and we are extremely grateful as we did not even know where to start. In summary, he project managed the whole process for us and co-ordinated all the communications between ourselves, the lender, the Solicitors, the Estate Agent and himself. I contacted Rob to try and help me with a problem I had with my existing mortgage. Rob took all my details and got me to complete a credit check on myself. Within a very short period of time, he fully understood the problem and explained to me in clear simple terms what I needed to do. He got me a decision in principle within 2 days and sorted out my solicitors for me. I now have my new mortgage offer which is saving me money each month even though I borrowed a bit more money. I met Rob in back July 2017 at a Landlords conference and immediately struck an excellent rapport with him. I bought my first house at the start of 2017 and I knew basically nothing when it came time to starting to apply for a mortgage and start looking for a property! I had a few calls with Rob, and he spent a lot of time going over with everything with me so that I had the understanding that I needed in order to feel comfortable going through the process. I met with him a few times to go over the finer details and provide documentation, and at the end of and interaction we had, Rob ensured that I had a clear understanding of what I needed to do and time scales involved. Thanks to the way Rob managed everything, I experienced zero stress when buying my house unlike a lot of people that I know who chose to do it themselves.Rob has recently helped me remortgage my property, and again things couldn't have gone smoother. I barely lifted a finger, and within a week Rob had completed a product switch that has benefitted more than I could have expected. By putting me on a 5 year fixed term, Rob has potentially lost out on a fee I would have paid having used him again in 2 years, but his focus is not making money but actually helping people.I can't say enough about Rob to be honest. He made what should be a stressful process in life quite simple and straight forward. Rob helped my wife and I purchase our 1st property. From start to finish he was fantastic. He worked around our working hours, was clear, concise & didn't bamboozle us with jargon. He was available when we needed & never seemed put out. We were offered a few products along with the pros/cons of each. I contacted Rob on behalf of my Dad who wished to take out an Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgage. He came out to see my Dad and our family on two occasions and was extremely professional in everything that he did. Rob explained the whole process very clearly in a way that we all understood & sourced the best product available. The whole process went very well and the money was soon in Dad’s bank. Rob only charges £790 as a fixed fee with is far cheaper than all the companies who advertise on the TV and Radio. As first time buyers my boyfriend and I found ourselves absolutely clueless when it came to buying! Rob helped us with everything from the first meeting to handing over the keys!
