I went for a group session with Clairemarie, the room was so relaxing, which made you feel calm & peaceful, lots of tears & laughter as sprit came through, I didn’t get a message but a few did and Clairemarie was spot one

Iam a working medium and recently rented the Studio at the Sheffield Wellness Centre for an evening. I would highly recommend the venue. Firstly, to access the space we walked through the most beautiful little court yard. The Studio itself is a very calming room with a wonderful atmosphere for working in. The facilities were just what I needed a little sink, CD player, lighting that can be adjusted to create the right tone for the session, tea coffee making area and a private toliet. Fi and Rich were great to work with, very plesent as nothing was too much trouble. I required extra chairs and a small table which was arranged for me. I have had the most wonderful hypnotherapy session with Fi from the Sheffield Wellness Centre. I knew from previous chats with her that she had the perfect voice and open demeanor for hypnotherapy, and I wasn't wrong. She immediately put me at ease and I was able to open up honestly with her. The session itself was lovely, I went quickly into a trance state and, although it's early days, feel very much that the session was beneficial: I already feel lighter and more in control of the anxiety and other problems I suffer with. The Sheffield Wellness Centre is also the perfect therapeutic space. The therapy rooms are lovely and perfectly suited to a range of therapies and the studio is bright and welcoming. I'm so excited to continue my therapy with Fi and am 100% sure this will give me so much benefit, I can't recommend her and the SWC enough. More...

The Sheffield Wellness Centre is the perfect therapeutic space. The therapy rooms and studio space are all lovely and welcoming and well suited to a range of different therapies. Today I started hypnotherapy with Fi. It was the most wonderful session and she has the perfect voice and character for hypnotherapy. She immediately put me at ease and I was able to quickly open up and be honest with her. The session itself was exactly what I hoped for, I went quickly into a trance state and already feel very much that the session was beneficial: I feel lighter and more in control. I've had hypnotherapy a few times before and this was by far the most positive and rewarding experience. Lovely venue, I had a Reiki session with Jess. It was my first session with her, she was very welcoming and explain the process in detail. I rented a room at SWC as and when i needed it for a short time. I couldn't recommend Natalia enough! I have been treated by her and her essences for over a year now and we have gone through different levels of healing processes that I needed to go through. I find these rooms very enjoyable to work from. The centre is slightly tucked away yet easy to find, which makes it an ideal place to hold a practice with a little privacy. The booking process is straightforward thanks to the online booking system and I find the set-up in general is designed to make the therapy experience a smooth, pleasant one for practitioners and clients. Me and my little boy came to the baby massage (tinies) and we loved it so much we signed up to the baby yoga (wrigglers). Would recommend these classes to any new mum . I was looking for a pregnancy massage near me and I found Laura at The Wellness Centre on Abbeydale Road. I was in quite a lot of pain with my pelvis and back and really in need of a relaxing massage. The massage itself was done on the floor on the most comfortable beanbag which I found very easy to relax into. I want to say a huge thanks to Richard he is amazing person and I am very pleased working with Richard ! I can't believe how I am change I mean my attitude and behaviour with my food , in the past I try 1000 diet and SlimmingWorld and weight watchers etc , yes it helps to losing weight but for temporary, but with hypnotherapy sessions you can start control what you eating and how much ! I always having sweets after every single meal even if I was full but now I don't need it!!!! I had 2 hypnotherapy sessions and I am very very satisfied. I am so grateful I meet Rich in my life I know it's not very cheap but believe me it worse it every single penny!!!!!! Thanks Richard! More...

I loved the atmosphere of this place! Since the first contact, they were very welcoming and supportive. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful stores and a coffee shop, but still very quiet, like an island of peace in the middle of the city. The rooms were cosy, well isolated and perfectly fitted for any therapy. Although based in Chesterfield I have been looking to expand my hypnotherapy practice into the Sheffield area but was having difficulty in locating a suitable therapy room for hire. I then decided to do a search for "therapy room for hire" and "hypnotherapy in Sheffield" and one of the options which came up was the Sheffield Wellness Centre on Abbeydale Road. When looking at the website, the premises looked exactly what I was looking for so I made an appointment to view. The Sheffield Wellness Centre exceeded my expectations. It is in a convenient location and has all the facilities I have been looking for, including an online booking service.
