I was very pleased with the outcome. Having already met with other financial advisers and been disappointed with the quality of their service Ian was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, Ian was always quick to e-mail me back with an answer to a question and I never felt that I had to chase him or follow up on things on the phone which was a great relief, particularly when buying a home which is stressful enough.
