I called the number advertised and didn’t get an answer but within 30 minutes Brian called me back. That was the first indication that this was a professional company. I arranged for my car to be done the next day and he turned up on time as arranged. Brian was very polite, professional with his approach and explained the technical aspects to the procedure . The first thing he did was to check the car for faults and this showed quite a few to say the least. Brian explained the faults and asked if I still wanted the car cleaned as there was so many issues. I asked him to carry on and 45 minutes later the clean was done. A further diagnostic was done which still showed some faults and Brain even googled the faults so I could get them sorted out before driving the car. I booked the car into my local garage to rectify the faults found and I drove the car yesterday for the first time since the clean. The car drove noticeably different and my MPG was at least 10 MPG better than pre clean. I notice better performance and I am so pleased with the result. I drive a Mini Cooper s with 120,000 miles on the clock so it’s a tired old car anyway. I didn’t expect this would work and I was at the point of breaking it but after this clean I have decided to keep it running. I am impressed about this procedure. I have heard some other carbon cleaning guys out there don’t do such a good job, no diagnostic and they take your money and run leaving you with no idea about what they have done or any faults that need to be rectified. Brian cost a little more but you get so much more of a service. He was at my home for about an hour and a half. Right from the first phone call, Brian was professional throughout. Absolutely crystal clear in his explanation of what was going to and subsequently what did happen. Wow. I had my 2006 Mini Cooper with 94k on the clock cleaned by Brian today. Immediately notice quieter idling, faster throttle response and around town the fuel economy has increased, Motorway miles will be interesting as the car was returning 42 mpg and running at 3000 rpm to achieve 70mph. I have just spent 3 weeks of totally distrusting my car, It broke down 6 times twice of which I had to be towed home, I even contacted an Auto Electrician thinking it was a sensor that prevented my Electronic accelerator from working, It would have cost me £50 to get the car uplifted and £48 to put it on a machine to find the fault, £98 before even the repair price. Then a friend said they thought it might be the EGR valve being GUNKED up and to try Hydrogen cleaning, I contacted Brian and he spent 45 minutes putting my car through the process and explaining to me step by step what he was doing and why,, by the time he finished there was no REEK coming out the exhaust and the car was quieter, I took it for a drive and found it had more OOMPH than it had had in a long while. That was 6 days ago and it hasn't let me down since. It's driving like a Nippy Wee Sweetie and I thank Brian for coming to my aid and his patience with all my questions. WELL WORTH £90 QUID !! To be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect but thought as it couldn’t do any harm I would give it a go, my car is a diesel and has that distinctive diesel sound as it ticks over, also I thought the emissions were a little higher than I would have liked so I gave them a call and I am so glad I did. Thanks for the great job on my bmw 5 series. 88k miles and EGR fault I thought it best to try a carbon clean out as well. It's made a huge difference
. The car is quieter from cold start. It is running smoother. The acceleration is improved and I clocked an average 55+mpg on a run. The car wasn't getting near that in recent months.
In my opinion, this is money well spent as part of routine maintenance. I highly recommend this process and Brian explains how the process breaks down the carbon. In my case, the ERG was too far gone, but even before it was replaced the car was running much better after the hydrogen Carbon Clean
