At Hut Psychotherapy I offer counselling and psychotherapy.
This is provided in private environment.

I am a qualIfIed counsellor and I am a trainee working towards a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. I workas a therapist in the charitable sector and have wIrked In the NHS . I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and I am insured as a supervised trainee by Balens Insurance.

I am able to work with most people and like to consider the whole person, their emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I have particular interests in ongoing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, postnatal depression, unresolved trauma and caring challenges.

At this appointment we can explore your therapy goals and we can consider how we will be able to work together.

Appointments last 50 mins. I have both daytime and evening appointments available.
Initial appointment cost- £20
Ongoing appointments- £35-45 depending on your circumstances
