We are very happy we chose Hunters as the estate agent to sell our house for us. Throughout the entire journey it has been a pleasure to deal with every single member of the staff of their Pudsey branch. They were all professional but also cheerful and personal; none of them made us feel like we were just one of many customers. I particularly want to mention Alex, who was exceptionally enthusiastic about our house, an eloquent gentleman in his communication, who went out of his way - and out of office hours - in the first important stage, and to have it published how we wished it within Hunters format. On a 500mile+ round trip to find a new home in Leeds, I was very thankful for Mark's cheerful, optimistic and helpful advice. He couldn't do enough to help once I told him I was travelling on my own, advising me that if I had any concerns about anything he was on the end of the phone. I have recently bought a property which was for sale through Hunters in the Pudsey office. My main contact was Mark Kay who was absolutely brilliant. Certain aspects of the sale weren't straightforward and Mark was a star in terms of keeping communication open and helping to negotiate through some of the potential sticking points. My fiancée and I are just finalising the rental of a property through Hunters Pudsey and I am absolutely thrilled with the service they have provided us. From the moment I first emailed enquiring about viewings, I knew we were in safe hands. We were sent through properties matching our requirements straight away and Fiona managed to squeeze us in for viewings at only a few days notice.We are relocating from Bath to Leeds - no easy task as we were up for a mere 2 days! Fiona Harrison listened so carefully to what we were looking for, suggesting and taking us to view more properties than we booked on the same day, also squeezing us in the following day for another viewing!
