I could not have been happier with Hungry Hog BBQ.
After quite a difficult personal situation that changed my booking, they maintained their professionalism but also acted in such a friendly and kind manner which made me feel so much better.
The food was delicious - the honey and mustard chicken was a huge hit and the potato salad was really tasty - and they were easily able to provide vegetarian and vegan options too.

I hired the Hungry Hogg BBQ for my sisters hen do last weekend. Being the first time I’ve ever “ordered a caterer” I was a little apprehensive, however Chris was a pleasure to liaise with, quick to respond and handled all the requests I could throw at him with ease!
They arrived bang on time, set themselves up fuss free, and (I hope) enjoyed the party!

Both lads, were great sports, getting dragged into hen do games and all sorts.

Food was delicious and what we hadn’t eaten by the time they clocked off was definitely finished by the end of the night.

We booked Chris and his team for our wedding following a recommendation from our best man!! Chris was easy to work with and was able to adapt some of the menu for one of our guests who had severe digestive problems! I would have no hesitation recommending Chris to anyone! A huge thank you to everyone at hungry hog bbqs for providing the food at our wedding last weekend. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was and how great everyone serving was too. The canapés were delicious and we really appreciated being brought a plate over to where we were having photos taken!
Chris helped out with all of our requests before the wedding and really went the extra mile to ensure that everything we wanted was catered for (even the things that weren't on his usual menu). A truly great company that we were lucky to find!

My wife booked a Hog Roast from Hungry Hog after searching on line and reading the reviews from their web site. Booking was easy, payment was easy, Chris just checked all the requirements, number of people, what extras we wanted, etc. On the day, Chris turned up exactly when he said he would, with his colleague they set up in the garden, everything looked very professional, all the equipment was very clean and they served up a fantastic Hog Roast at the time we requested. The food was enjoyed by everyone, we had booked for 90 people and there was plenty for people to go around again with quite alot left over which they left with us. I used Hungry Hog to cater for my Dads 60th this past Saturday, and I have to say it was a 5 star service all round. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful, and literally every guest commented on how great the food was. We chose them because the buffet menu is exactly the kind of food we expect to see but also because Chris was happy to tweak a couple of minor things for us. Chris was also kind enough to add a few extras out of the kindness of his heart due to circumstances and I really cannot thank you enough for that! Thanks to Chris for BBQ catering a 50th birthday party for us. The meat and salads were delicious, and last minute add-ons and alterations were absolutely no problem. The equipment and gazebo etc looked incredibly smart, as did the finishing touches on the tables. Second time around and the boys didn’t disappoint !!!

We had Hungry Hog Bbq for our wedding on 26th May. Chris and his team were fantastic, nothing was too much and lots of little gestures made the day stress free.
We had a bbq in the afternoon and a hog roast in the evening, we’ve had so many comments since from our guests saying how wonderful the food was!

Hungry Hog bbq we had for our engagement party this weekend and I have to say, Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic! Being a woman and always in a rush, the guys they were so super helpful which was just what we needed.

Food was just on another level. The presentation was great, food laid out lovely, all rubbish was taken with them at the end and most importantly every single guest said how delicious the food was and kept going back for more and more! They made our engagement just perfect and what we wanted.

We will definitely be using Chris and his team again in the future.

We had Hungry Hog BBQ for our wedding on the 19th may.
The guys were first class. Friendly, helpful and professional.
All of our guests went home with full tummys and smiles on their faces. We had so many compliments about Chris and his team. The food it's self was to die for, so tender and full of flavour! And we also had a varied selection to choose from.
The guys were very clean, at the end of the day when they left, the place was spotless.
I'd 100% recommend Hungry Hog to anyone who would listen to me. And I'm my opinion, if they went elsewhere, then they were mental.

Booked Chris for my wedding after previously using his services for a hog roast at a party. The food was superb from canopies through the American BBQ ( burnt ends and brisket were the stand outs for me) to the gorgeous salted Carmel chocolate cheesecake dessert. The comments we have had from the guests about the food speak volumes for its quality. For the evening Chris prepared some platters of meats, fish and cheese which were again fantastic, He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly even through the torrential downpour which coincided with the serving of food. We booked hungry hog for our wedding after hearing such wonderful reviews from a friend, and we were not disappointed. We were married in a private garden, which was no problem for these guys. Everything was wonderful, the food, service, communication before the big day was spot on. We can not fault Chris and his team. They made the day perfect, all our guests couldn't stop complimenting us on the delicious food. We had canapés, the hog roast with sides and a dessert.
