We had a great evening trying some authentic Trinidadian cuisine with the right level of spice for all palates and the subtle Caribbean music made the ambience perfect, I’m sure the rum helped too!
I never knew that corn soup could taste so good and 3 desserts in one, gave a real feast for the taste buds!
Think this will become our monthly date night, cheers! :)

We had a fantastic time at this event. The food was delicious and everyone in our party loved that we could experience an array of Caribbean cuisine through the trio of starters and desserts. We booked Chris for a private party at our house, we had a garden party with around 40 people. He was professional and friendly and created a great atmosphere just by himself with his summer tunes!
The food I chose was excellent and everyone loved it and went back for seconds! Stew chicken was perfect, curry chicken excellent, prawns fantastic and the veggie curry, rotis and channa lovely!! He set up a blackboard next to his stand displaying the choices and it looked fabulous. Exceeded expectations- great fun friendly guy, I'll be hiring him again without a doubt! Thanks Chris - great job!
