I needed a new boiler and radiator and done my research to get the best possible person and quote. Steven certainly lived up to his reviews. He was punctual, honest, very hard working and impressively knowledgeable. I needed two new taps fitted in my bathroom, Which wasn't included in the quote. I offered him money for this service, but he refused payment. I payed him anyway, because that was a sure sign of a genuine nice bloke. The quality of his workmanship was par excellence and the quote for the job was very reasonable. Ripped out old back boiler and two gas fires, installed a new combi boiler and rejigged, renovated and improved the old piping. Steve turned up when he said he would, charged what he said he would, worked hard all week on my project, cleanly and without much mess and did a professional job. I cannot recommend Housewarm and Steve highly enough. He replaced my broken down combi boiler last year, completely flushed out the system and installed a magnetic filter all for a very reasonable price. When I had a plumbing emergency due to bathroom fitters fiddling with things they shouldn't have. Steve couldn't have been more helpful walking me through possible problems and giving me the best advice. Now my boiler is due for a service, Steve contacted me as a reminder.
