This is truly a transformational program. I’d tried lots of different things in the past but never really continued with it so any short term gains were quickly lost. But training with Paul has been an amazing journey...it’s managed to change my attitude towards food, eating right and exercise. The 28-day challenge helped me kickstart things and I saw a tangible change in my body which, I think, has really set me up to continue this in the long term. The workout sessions are different from others I’ve done in the past - they’re focused on building strength, challenging and effective - u know that that one hour at the gym is an hour very well-spent! Started almost a year to the date. Have noticed a huge difference in my body from shape to greater resistance. But the best is the variety of exercises we get every class. Paul is the most dedicated and understanding trainer .. my goal is not necessarily the body beautiful but I need to be more flexible ,stable and improve mobility generally as I felt I was prematurely moving like an elderly person! I’m not young but Paul .. and the other “trainees” never made me feel inadequate. Paul addresses individual needs sensitively and adjusts things to achievable levels without making you feel inadequate.. I have improved steadily and my hip problem and pain is resolved after only five sessions.. I’m moving more confidently already and pushing myself with his understanding encouragement.. something I never thought I would do .. Paul is realistic in his training and trims things perfectly for individual needs .. I’ve already signed up for another three months ! The group sizes are perfect and give Paul time to personally address your progress during the sessions.. He counteracts negativity on my part with knowledgeable and compassionate encouragement and is sincerely interested in his clients goals .. I’m quite anxious about some of the training as it’s VERY intense.. in a good way .. but he inspires you so much non judgementally that you can believe in yourself and your hidden abilities.. which I dare to say now are emerging !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I’d like to say also .. initially I thought .. it’s a bit pricey.. I’m not used to spending money on what I felt was an indulgence.. but I now think even if it squeezes you a bit money wise the whole experience is SO positive .. and let’s face it the best investment is in our health .. the nutritional advice is clever ,realistic and not obsessive .. it’s completely sound .. I was amazed to find myself expounding it’s virtues to a fellow trainee who was questioning it although he was clearly much fitter than I will ever be ! All levels will benefit from this programme . We are advertised at so many times a day, with no real knowledge of whether any of this stuff is really good for us or our well being. Paul is patient and understanding and full of amazing advice and insight on how to make the training work for you. With my previous injuries he made sure that the exercises I did as part of the classes limited any further injury, whilst still getting an incredible workout. I finished the 28-day program before Christmas and had very surprising results. Despite eating a lot more than I normally do, I lost both weight and inches. The food part was easy to stick to as it wasn't following a set diet. The classes were brilliant. They were challenging enough but also manageable, despite being disabled. I did the 28 day program and was the best thing I could ever done. In my last week I get really sick and could not finish with all the classes but still I lost a lot around all areas. With a super busy and stressful life this has become the highlight of my week! I have started to train with Paul last September, twice weekly on average, and I’ve never had the same routine. Obviously some exercises are repeated but the class is never the same. Both Paul and Martha put a big effort in making the class far from boring. I never know what to expect and I love this. I have finished my 28 days transformation programme with fantastic results, lost weigh and lot of inches around my wrist, thighs, and belly. Sometimes you get to the point when you realise that you need to change and you need to find a way to do that. I am very happy that I applied for the 28 days transformation program as now on the 26 th day I have a lot of positive result and slowly slowly I started to change my eating habits, my lifestyle and I can feel that I am doing something good for myself and for my health. Paul is an amazing person, a great trainer , he is giving the motivation what I exactly need and whenever I do his session I know that something good is happening to me. I decided to continue for another 6 months and I have a feeling that it's won't end there. I have been training alone for a year and was starting to lack motivation. I want to progress my strength training by learning to lift more, correctly and without injuring myself whilst targeting areas I struggle with - stomach and hamstrings.

In 21 days I have lost 4lbs, an inch off my waist, 2cm off calves and thighs and 6cm off my chest/back. My muscle definition has improved and I have more than doubled what I am lifting! I have yet to finish the 28 day plan but I am really pleased with my progress and have signed up to small group training for the next 6 months.

I know how hard it is to run a small business and I admire Paul’s organisation and motivation. He has worked extremely hard to set up an informative and interesting program. He is very supportive, knowledgeable and honest enough to share his experiences good and bad. I would highly recommend you try the 28 day transformation plan.

I've finished my 28 days challenge today and I am very happy with my results. As I was dieting since April, we did not hope for so much weight loss, but I still lost 2kg. The most amazing part is that I did lost a lot of centimetres on my waist , thighs and arms.
Paul is fantastic, and I absolutely loved the training. It is hard, but you fell great after it. My levels of energy improved a lot too. 100% Recommend it. Thanks Paul ������

Paul puts you at ease immediately.
No matter how chaotic/hectic your lifestyle is, he can work out a plan to help.
I lost several inches, in all areas and 6kg with his 28 day programme!
He re-educated me on eating habits and these are habits I will carry on! He also showed me new ways to exercise.

Paul's knowledge and insight into my particular needs for improving my performance on a bike have been invaluable. Year on year I have seen my fitness and speed increase. Everytime I achieve a goal and need to focus on a different aspect of improving my cycling technique or fitness Paul comes back to me with a plan and ideas that fit around my lifestyle and that are achievable.

Currently I am trying to improve my power which requires targeting key muscles through kettle bell exercises. In tandem with this I am focusing on looking on how to improve my diet - using the TWO WEEK TEST - which foods suit my physiology and when/what foods to eat.

I joined Paul's 28 day nutrition & fitness transformation in June 2017 & loved it. I was getting a bit stuck on yoga & cycling & wanted to introduce some weights to my fitness routine, so the intro to kettle bells and focus on strengthening was superb. I can see the difference in arm tone already. Really enjoyed the 8am sessions twice a week , it was always different, never boring. I also needed accountability on the food front & felt massively supported in reducing my sugar & bad carb intake on Paul's programme. Really great way to kick start new way of eating & moving, and loads of encouragement along the way via email & whatsapp. Also appreciated the mindful & long term approach to fitness & food, not at all pushy, just smart sensible advice. I started training with Paul 3 months ago. Each session was different, interesting and inspiring. I have seen a huge change in my core strength and in my shape since training with Paul. He is an amazing trainer, extremely professional and above all encouraging. I started my training prior to a major operation (which I had on Friday), my initial recovery (including an early release from hospital) has been amazing and I credit Paul for this - without his training and techniques I don't think I would be in this position post op! I highly recommend Paul and Hounds of Health training. I joined the 28 day body transformation program hoping to see results and was not disappointed. I had upped my exercise in the last 6 months, was eating healthy foods but wasn’t seeing much change. Unsurprisingly I was feeling frustrated. The program gave me hope and fuelled my motivation. I was also able to determine with the nutritional test that my body doesn’t react well to carbs so restricting them in future hopefully will help me to see continued results. Paul was also very accommodating when I discovered that some low back pain was more serious than I suspected. He was able to help me modify the exercises. Onwards and upwards or should I say downwards (scale wise)!! Good luck I highly recommend the program - it’s a great kick start to an all important lifestyle change to become healthier. More...

The 28 day transformation is exactly that, with Paul and Hounds of Health training. I was already exercising and had a relatively healthy diet but lacked some motivation. It's easy to stay in bed on a cold day rather that do something remotely energetic and have chocolate or wine instead of an apple right? I was lacking self discipline and so was feeling a bit frustrated that things weren't improving for me. In 28 days I am 10lbs lighter and more lean (not skinny). I have lost 10cm off my waist, 3cm from my hips and 1-2 cm from arms, thighs and calves. I have muscle definition that I've not had before. I can see that I have previously undiscovered abs! The nutritional test enabled me to see what works for me for energy, nutrition and recovery. The classes are actually fun and not gruelling, done in small numbers and so not intimidating which is great as you get camaraderie and also tailored training adapted to your ability. I never would have set foot in the gym without Hounds of Health. It's also rebooted my motivation to be active and I feel I have more energy to do 'stuff'. In addition, it's helped with my work/life balance and mind set, it's easy for work to take over.
