My chiropractor recommended yoga for a lower back issue. The Hotpod ratchets up the benefits and I've noticed a considerable improvement in my flexibility and back strength. Krystle Coe manages to be both energetic and calming at the same time, and welcomes experts and novices with equal enthusiasm. While my enjoyment continues to far exceed my elegance, it won't stop my regular attendance (being dark inside the pod helps!) If you haven't tried it, give it a go - you won't be disappointed. Love the pod and the flexibility of the classes which I can work around my shifts. Krystle is an amazing yoga teacher and helps guide new and old yogis though her classes.
