A well positioned hotel for our visit to the SSE Arena. Nice, busy bar area for evening drinks before we headed out. Check in was smooth, rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staffs (Especially Darcy! you are doing a good job keep it up). Location is in the outer region of london (Wembley) which is about 12 km from the city centre. If you prefer a quiet and peaceful sleep after your travelling then this is the area to choose. We had a lovely time at the hotel only thing we had a little issue with was the air con in the didn’t seem to have any other temperature than freezing cold, we put the temperature up to 30 degrees and still blowing cold air, apart from that was a lovely hotel and great location would definitely return!

Hotel situado en el barrio de Wembley a 12 km del centro de Londres. Bien situado a escasos 200m del metro para un transporte rápido al centro de Londres: cogiendo la línea Metropolitan se llega en escasos 10 minutos a la estación de Baker Street y cogiendo la Línea Jubilee puedes llegar hasta el otro extremo de la ciudad aunque en este caso tiene muchas mas paradas y se tarda más tiempo. Para llegar desde el aeropuerto de Luton en Uber son 40-50 Libras según el tráfico.||||El hotel es un cuatro estrellas raspado, con una reformada recepción y zona común. Los pasillos están un poco avejentados y la moqueta está pidiendo una renovación. Hay parking en el hotel pero son plazas reducidas y sin reserva. En la zona hay varios parkings con precios asequibles.||||La habitación es amplia y reformada. La limpieza es buena y el aislamiento de ruido/luz también. El sistema de calefacción está centralizado y no es suficiente para mantener la habitación agradable. El baño tiene buen tamaño con amenities básicos. El minibar sólo tiene agua con/sin gas y leche; el agua no es de cortesía.||||El desayuno tipo buffet es bueno, tiene de todo lo necesario en platos calientes, fruta, cereales, etc. El horario los fines de semana es hasta las 11 lo que se agradece bastante.||||Excelente opción para ir a algún evento en el barrio de Wembley. Para visitar Londres hay que estudiar bien el transporte para no perder mucho tiempo en el metro. I spent one night there with my friends. I found the room is comfortable. The is tv, kettle so you can make your own tea or coffee. We had a really great three day stay here! Really modern, easy-to-find (two minute walk from Wembley Park tube station) and fantastically comfy beds! If you’re looking for a hotel just out of central London, definitely check this place out. The hotel is very nice, it's a novotel so if you've stayed in one you know that they are of good quality. What drew me to write a review however, was a very polite gentleman called Arkadiusz (I hope I've spelled that correctly) we initially had an issue which he promptly solved and went above and beyond to turn our experience into a very positive one, thankyou once again!

We stayed here for one night for the Lionesses game. The convenience of location is worth paying for! We also arrived via car and as we arrived before check in time found a space in the underground car park easily. We had one of the executive rooms as a family room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The Nespresso was a nice touch and much appreciated. The boys were very comfortable in their double bed and the adult bed was amazing. The bar was lovely to sit in after the match and watch all the crowds outside - it was only open to residents which meant it didn’t get overcrowded. The bar food was fast and good quality. The Novotel Wembley hotel is located almost opposite of the entrance to the Tube (Jubilee line, Wembley Park). Bond Street is about 20 minutes by Tube, London City Airport around 50 minutes. Perfect location if you need to stay in the area of the Wembley Stadium.||Check-in for us went super quick and friendly.||The hotel is relatively new, our room was a decent size, although a bit dark. It has no cupboards to hang your clothes, just an open rack with a few coat-hangers. Cleaning was OK, but not perfect (sheets did not look well washed, drawers were a bit dusty and not really clean). Maintenance also OK, but not perfect. F.i. on one side of the bed the only lamp did not work, so no reading unless all the lights in the room were on. Long threads were hanging from the couch, giving it a bit shabby feeling.||Breakfast was sufficient, but the first morning, there was too little staff, compared to the number of guests. Therefore a lot of items of the buffet were not in time being replenished (even cheese and bread were almost finished, no croissants). The next day, all offered items were sufficiently available. So, our breakfast experience was quite different from one day to the other.||Around the hotel are many food options in walking distance, so we are not sure if we would opt for breakfast a next time.||But, all in all, our stay at the Novotel Wembley was sufficient, staff did their best and we might come back. After a tortuous journey up, 2 hrs from end of m3 to Wembley in heavy rain, we arrived to find a sign saying car park full so we left the car in the entrance and went to investigate more. Check in was efficient and quick and I enquired about the car parking and the girl said take the bags up to the room and then nip down and have a look if there’s a space. Thankful there was and we were able to park under the hotel. Back in the room which had its own kitchen area huge bedroom and big bathroom which were all very good. We were heading to Wembley arena for a concert starting around the same time that the football at the stadium finished and went down for some food in the now deserted restaurant/bar. My wife has serious food allergies and I had spoke to someone a few days earlier but the message hadn’t been delivered to the kitchen but they were able to provide her with a tasty meal and the waitress Stacy checked twice beforehand to make sure that it was correct. Bud £5.45 a pint. Burger very tastyThe nights sleep was good and the shower excellent in the morning.
