I did not think after one treatment I would feel so good. My skin feels like 5 layers of dead skin has come of my face. I was left feeling elated and cleansed.

I have recently been introduced to Hope in Health and the wonderful Philomena. I have started my journey with the Frankincense, Myrrh and Rose Otto face oils and the 2 in 1 exfoliator, which are both incredible organic facial products. My skin feels fresh and new!! I've also just started to use the Bee Pollen. We have it for breakfast every day, just a sprinkle on our fruit/granola/yoghurt....loving it. I think Philly has priced her products to an affordable standard. I know I won't need to order more oils/masks or bee pollen for at least another 2/3 months as the amount that you need to use of each product is minimal, but you still get the best effect. I have been going to Hope in Health now for nearly two years and have found Philomena to be incredibly knowledgable her energy alone rubs off on you & you feel revived. Sadly my best friend had brain tumour & found that the salt cave relaxed her & helped her breathing. My friend also had S.C.E.N.A.R.... Self Controlled Electric Neuro Adaptive Regulator treatment helped where her body was damaged & in pain from surgery & seizures.
Over the last 8 months I personally have had three major surgery’s reconstruction of bowl blockages in my intestine & a tumour in my colon.
I went to Hope in Health & after my friends results I thought I’d try the Scenar Therapy it really helped me with pain relief,my muscular pain, tension and spasms; joint pain and rigidity; inflammation; sciatica; backache; headaches and migraine; my intestines have been reconstructed & I have found it a great for kick starting my digestive system.
The Scenar therapy has defiantly speed up my recovery from my operations. I have this treatment while being in the salt cave.
Sitting in the salt cave wrapped up in a blanket is so relaxing the first time I had this treatment I slept really well I found it really helped with my asthma and bronchitis which I suffer from badly. I have Lymphedema and after being in the salt cave and having the Scenar the localized fluid retention and tissue swelling that I had went down considerably over night.
