Before visiting I had heard lots of positive comments, not only about the salon but about Tracy too. I had been highly recommended by a friend. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a very warm hello and made to feel comfortable by the staff. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I knew I was in good hands. Having visited many salons over the years, I can say I am so impressed with Tracy and her work. I explained the look I wanted, Tracy then told me exactly how we could achieve that and talked me through each step. She was very professional and I felt totally at ease and knew I could trust her. Shanice, who was working along side Tracy was brilliant too. Very friendly, professional, lovely girl. Not only did Tracy achieve what I wanted from my visit, she gave me lots of aftercare advice on what products to purchase to use at home so I could really get my hair in my desired condition.
