I can not thank Paul Morgan of Homes of Cornwall enough.. I would highly recommend these estate agents and Paul specifically. . I sold our beloved house reluctantly; so we could, as a family have better prospects and I was selling from a distance. Paul had to deal with every minute detail you could come across when preparing to sell and indeed, selling a property. He fully took the reigns in every aspect. Thankyou sincerely!Paul took ALL OF THE STRESS usually associated with selling away. He was a miracle worker on behalf of our beloved house and family.Paul dealt with every obstacle with expert ease and true expert advice. He was extremely capable and steered even rocky situations for the best outcome possible. The house was never not under offer. He never doubted the price it went onto market. We excepted (over the course of complicated chains and chain breakdowns) several offers of full asking price... Paul had to deal with facilitating our tenants removal and was on hand virtually day and night for any worry, concern, wobble, query etc my husband and I had from day 1 right through till the very end.. when does this man sleep!! I am 100% confident in his ability, knowledge and skill to sell anything!! And will endeavour to look him up for any future transactions our family may make...Our selling and buying journey couldn't of been more complicated but at no reflection of Paul and Homes of Cornwall. I am adamant without Paul's calm, no nonsense, expertise we wouldn't have obtained the best outcome. All thanks to him!!His rate was extremely competitive; which was just the icing in the cake!! He was worth every penny and more!!!Deepest heart felt thanks Paul from myself and my husband.As, you have worked tirelessly for our family and achieved the best possible outcome! I wasnt sure whether to sell or rent my house and decided to get Valuations for doing both. Ashley Potter was both very professional and knowlegable and also gave me some great advice regarding the property that I was buying even though it was through another agent ; -) Would definitley reccomend him and the other staff that I dealt with to others. Very good estate agent I'd highly recommend them barely any problems other than a few inside the property. The mirror. My rating is over their exceptionally great service David does v well and it was a great dealing with then while renting before buying somewhere. Best interests were kept prompt service.
