Hi Helen Ralf Becker gave me has his address TOWER HOUSE HOTEL without giving me a flat number its across the road from Palmer Park, He also gave you WANTAGE HALL, which is hall of Residence for the University, both of these are fictitious address so he can rip people off, he intended to rip us off when he took the job.

Hi Helen, I also intend to take Ralf Becker to the small claims court as well, if only I knew his address,someone .
He quoted £1550 to paint my mums bungalow, all the wooden areas, windows, doors fascias and soffits, I thought it was a bit high, but he convinced me that he would take it back to the wood and give a primer coat and 2 coats of paint, so i agreed with this price and gave in to his demand of 50% deposit for the work and materials.
Mother is 82 so she is a pensioner and dont have much money, as it is all tied up in the house if he can take advantage of me someone who as a large ego, then I hate for him to be out there taking advantage of little old ladies.
As the eldest son I manages her financial things so I paid him ( Ralf Becker ) he did not do anything on this project, so he as no thinking to do regard paying back that money as i ordered him off the small guttering project which his my property ,he had already been paid for and he did not want to start doing at 8:30 in the morning when he had all the materials with him, so yes I told him to go and give me back the money for the jobs he had not started yet,which was the painting of the bungalow.
Please please dont let this man get away with this !!! also dont be confused by the 1 star i have given, this 1 star means 1% satisfied, I would have left 1 star but he still hasn't paid me back!!

Hi Helen, I am glad that you are taking this man to court , he only gave me 1 proper invoice even thou he did several other jobs for me - his address on this invoice is a hotel turned into flats which he has not the flat number.
Also one unfinished job which was the conservatory guttering lots of excuses used for not finishing this,and another small guttering job, which i did send him off the job as he was just making excuses for, because he had no intention of doing, the last never started job, which he took 50% for labor and materials, it came to £775 and he in fact did not do any of that project.
Dont want to get into a slanging match with this guy, but as i said before , dont believe anything this man says, he as no intention of paying anybody what he owes for unfinished or jobs he never started but took a 50% deposit. Michael batten

HOME SERVICE - RALF BECKER
Have worked that I needed doing so i trusted this guy and he as let me down in a big way, because i dropped the ball, I hope anyone reading this will never used this man, everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie, I wish I had read a review like this before hiring him, he is a one man cowboy, he does not have anybody working for him, as it says
To be truthful he did one good job for me, but that only proves that he could do the work, but chooses not too, because he can make more money, by scamming people as many as he can in a day, then doing proper work. so he freshed up a room for me when a tenant left to gain my confidence in him, but everything after that was a shambles, the thing he is good at, is talking, if you do fall for his patter, please dont ever give him half of the payment for the project before he is finished, if you have to give him any money , please only give him payment for the material.
Believe the good reviews that he as been given were made up by his friends, as i said before he will talk and talk, so dont trust him as this talking is only to gain your confidence and he tries to get you to give him more work so he can get more money out of you, while doing some brickwork pointing at one of my properties (I buy & let ) which he made a total mess of and missed a lot of the repointing , he said my roof had some tiles that needed fixing, so he sent me 2 photographs of loose and missing tiles, which were not of my property as I know that my property was not surrounded by tall trees!
He also started to fix a leaking conservatory roof, he removed and took away a part of the guttering, this did in fact fix the leaking roof, as there is no guttering to overflow and drip inside the conservatory, he also had to order parts for the guttering, which he says he has tried to order but cannot find yet, this week I went on ebay and find the parts to fix the guttering within 5 min, as it is a common make, which he had told me was hard to find.
Another project went a similar way, a hour job of replacing a small piece of guttering and putting up a new joint, he made excuses for about 2 weeks, i gave it to another roofer who did it the following day even though he was fully booked up.
The last job, I gave him, he quoted my £1550 to paint all the wooden windows,doors fascias and soffits around my mums bungalow, he demanded half the money upfront, which I paid asap, now i have told him to get lost and send back my money he is not answering is phone.
In the middle of all of this, he went sick and did not answer his phone for over a week, because he was suffering from malaria, which he says comes and goes for many years.
Have written this long letter, because i dont want anybody else to be in the same position as me, who may not be able to afford it, sorry for any bad english and spelling as i feel very angry and dont really have the time to be doing this

I can understand that he is not happy since I was sick and that is a very bad thing to happen if you self employed. However, his ego is a bit bigger than life and he is making lies up as he goes along since he was happy with the jobs when he come to the site. Only if I told him of about telling me how to fit a guttering and talking down to me. I of course will return all money what belongs to him but I need to find out what he is entitled to since he sent me home.

Agreed with Ralf on 30/07/20 for him to do the job and paid him a substantial payment for materials etc. He has not returned any of my calls or messages to find out when he would be starting and now 7 weeks later still no communication other than he delivered some glass. I would like my money back so that I can employ a more reliable person. More...

On his way to my home he play got lost went to a similar address in somewhere far
from my address. Gentleman was very unorganised.
He as for part payment to purchase material. He was given £200 for this anagain got lost left at 10.30 and returned at 2.30pm. He however called me when he got home saying he oist £100 of the £200 l gave him as part payment of the work he would be doing for me. He returned to complete work the following day however he wS asking to give him£10 to purchase equipment which he did not remember to purchase yesterday. I did not give any money for this and the told him that l will pay him the remainder today when he had completed the job. He was not happy

I do not know what the lady is on about. I got lost in London when purchasing the materials but had no financial issues with the lady and she was happy with the job. She was very anoint when I got lost and I heavy traffic but this is hardly a pint to complain. She offer me other jobs but u declined since she was difficult to deal with.
