We booked for one night so we could attend a family event nearby....it was perfect from start to finish.,...attentive reception staff. ..room....domestics and as for the breakfast ..way beyond any expectations ..plenty of everything....lots of choice....Excellent coffee and most importantly every thing was piping hot...could not fault anything..we will definitely be back ..next time we will eat in the restaurant as if the breakfast is anything to go by its going to be good..first rate. We had an absolutely awesome evening at our End of Season Awards Evening. The Vivaldi Suite was a great venue, really spacious. The front of house team (especially Becky and Dave) was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Mike the DJ was great fun and provided us with THE best party atmosphere. Jo was helpful from the moment we booked, providing us with many great options to suit our night and the level of organisation was second to none. The hot buffet was also fantastic. spent our 4th new years eve here. This the around d the food was fantastic, I am a fussy eater but was happy with all 3 courses. The all inclusive bar however was disappointing. The amount of time was cut down from previous years and we were told it was to start at 8.30 until 11.45 but the vouchers said 8! The rooms were all very hot, the heating wouldn't turn down at all and when opening the window the noise woke us up and so we didn't sleep the best which is a shame as the rooms are all very nice and comfortable. Another part that let the night down for some was that there were no bacon baps at the end of the night, People who hadn't been previous wouldn't have known any different but my husband was saving himself for 1 of them. Overall a very good night was had and we would return but I think the drinks times needs reviewing to continue to be as good a deal as it has previously been. Room was as expected and of a good standard. Disappointed by the restaurant, whilst the food was tasty, we had Halumi Skewers but it was a single skewer which makes it poor value and extremely misleading. How can this be resolved? The staff advised it is only a single skewer so I guess the description needs the S removing? More...

We got married here on August 24th and it was the most amazing day ever. Maddie on the run up to the wedding was so helpful and looked after us very well and Becky on the actual day was just amazing she kept the day flowing nicely and everything that she did to help our day be perfect was done without question. Got married at the holiday inn 9/6/18 and oh my god it couldnt have gone any better. All of the staff were amazing. Got married here on Saturday. What a day.everything was perfect. The day was so smooth running. Nia had everything down to a tee with the rubbing of the day. The food was amazing. Came for a christening party- had stupidly worn a dress which was not suitable to feed my baby in. Lovely lady at the reception desk gave me a bedroom to use without any hesitation and said it was available whenever needed.

Had our wedding here on 8th July 2017. The day was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The staff,especially Maddie and Pat were better than brilliant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and will go the extra mile. The accommodation was extremely bright, clean modern and comfortable. We had lunch which was excellent and a reasonable price. The function room was perfect for a dual birthday celebration and the full English breakfast the next morning was extensive and delicious.
