What photo booth props do you offer?
Our prop box is legendary! Not bragging, true fact! From Biggie Crowns, Kanye Gold Glasses and YO! MTV Raps speech bubble logos to the Blingest gold Chains, Glint dollar rings and ‘Make It Rain’ monies, we cover it all from Old School to the year 2074. We source globally for new props daily to be sure we have the best of the key looks and throw in a little bit of quirky for good measure (colourful wigs and flamingo glasses anyone......Oh and a full-size Elmo head.)
What do you love most about your job?
Most people always feel a bit shy at the start of an event and no one wants to be the first to try out an open-air photo booth but our hip hop photo booth bosses have an uncanny knack to make people feel brave and relaxed and it is so rewarding to see the slightly nervous looks turn into laughs and banter and repeat visits to the booth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted something different for my daughter's 14th birthday and somehow decided to do a DIY photo booth. The responses from the teenage guests were so positive that one of the parents asked us to do her hen do and wedding and that was it. A quick upgrade from DIY to a pro kit with DIY touches that makes us stand out and we are operating since 2016
Why should our clients choose you?
Some might think a hip hop themed photo booth is not fitting in with their own event theme but you'd be surprised at the types of events we have been part of: A rockabilly wedding reception, school fetes, christenings, divorce parties etc. Our prop box is not about a stick with a paper moustache held in front of your face, we are much more immersive and engaging with our chunky, delicious props that adorn the guests and help them take on a new persona whilst having the biggest smiles. Hip Hop Photo Booth is definitely a social experience.
