An accurate review of a business can only be given after things have not gone entirely to plan. I recently bought a used car from Hillclimb and unfortunately within a day or so (after a couple of longer journeys) it was apparent something wasn't quite right with the Stop/Start technology. It needed a new sensor and had to go to the main dealer in Aylesbury. They had trouble fixing it and sent it to another centre in Slough. Somewhere between the two one of the black alloy wheels was damaged. Long story short........all this was put right by Hillclimb with a no quibble attitude, provision of a courtesy car throughout, great communication and service with a smile. What a gem of a place. I got a car from these guys a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier. After having a really bad experience by another dealer my trust in car sales places were not very high. Well this place is just exceptional. From the minute I walked in i could feel a good vibe about the place with very pleasant staff and a great understanding of my needs. The same sales man looked after me from start (getting me the car that I needed right through to sorting the finance out and having the car valeted for when I picked it up) The car has been fantastic. No lights no faults and all round well looked after. Thankfully I can’t comment about the after sales as I’ve had no issues. If you looking for a friendly and trustworthy place to buy a car this is the place. had an MOT done on Friday. They were great. The headlights need adjusting but rather than fail the car they just made the adjustment so that it passed the MOT and didn't even charge for the adjustment! awesome service.

Great experience at Hillclimb - I initially bought a car that I had found on Autotrader and it was everything I had hoped it to be - when it developed an issue a few months later I called them up and they were so helpful.
