I recently purchased some Roman Blinds from Hillary's on the recommendation of a friend. I am so pleased I took her advice as the whole experience was so simple and hassle free. Winton came on time ans was extremely helpful with useful advice and not in the least pushy. The finished product was fitted today by Winton and the blinds look beautiful. Ben Scott who came to show me products and fit once id ordered was great. Polite staff, fast work. Prices are a lot more than other companies but this company was the one who could fit the soonest as i needed. The office staff messed up my payment telling me i hadn't paid, when i had over the phone to a lady. She had put the wrong code to my payment so showed up on someone else's order. We have had other blinds fitted by Hillary’s in past years, so I had no hesitation in contacting them again when I needed more rooms done. Nina who came to give advice and bring samples, was lovely to meet and very helpful. She told me honestly, that a French door with only 2 small long narrow windows that I hoped to have shutters fitted to, would not be conducive to having any kind of blind. (She was quite right)Ejaz Ahmed came firstly, to check Nina’s initial measurements for the bedroom and a few days later to actually fit the blind which he did very quickly and efficiently.
