We have used Helen since we started our business 6 years ago and we are very pleased with the service herself, Hannah and the team offer. They deal with all our accountancy needs for our Limited Company from Corporation Tax returns, National Insurance contributions, self assessment tax returns to any HMRC queries or basic questions we may have. I have recently joined a small business who were already using HER Accountants. Coming from larger corporate environments I expected the usual accounting service - a bit stuffy, very arms length and unapproachable. HER Accountants are amazing for what we need - they are a phone call away with every query we have - no matter how small. They are very approachable, friendly and understand our day to day problems. They are welcome in our offices at any time and we are always delighted to see them!! I have never known this with any other accountancy service - you usually can't wait to see the back of them! They have a wide range of services and I, as the accountant for the business am comforted to know I have them at my back. They introduced me to QuickBooks and offer help and guidance all the way. Helen has been my accountant for a few years now and her and her team make what is a very daunting process relaxed and super easy. I'm not the easiest client - essentially I leave everything untill the last minute (31st Jan EVERY year!!) however the team file my return really quickly without hesitation. This is by far the least enjoyable part of owning & running a business but alas it needs to be done eh! I recommended Helen to my boyfriend who also runs a company and subsequently they now deal with his accounts too. If people on my social media ask for a recommendation of an accountant then I am always first to tag HER Accountants. They are professional, yet super friendly and approachable and their customer service goes above and beyond. I genuinely won't use another company to deal with my financial affairs. Totally recommend Helen and her team - 5* service, perfect for us at @Rhys Jones Community Centre and so patient with me and my enquiries.
