We had our boiler serviced by HTRVP, turner up as planned. 6 months later, boiler was playing up so took the decision to replace it. They recommended a Worcester Bosch, fitted very swiftly and the engineer was excellent. We also had a Nest thermostat fitted at the same time and set up too. I have used this company at least four times for toilet and a kitchen tap in my house. I find them friendly and very professional. I did have a few problems with one engineer who I think was let go after he did order the wrong parts and I had to stay in four times to get a toilet fixed but this company sorted the problem quickly and even when the bill was incorrect, they sorted that the same day. I would certainly use them again, as even if there are mistakes the owners take it very seriously and always sort out the bills.
