I first met Michael several years ago when I had a plumbing emergency and Michael, unlike emergency plumbers (who stated up to 4 hours to fix water pouring from a 1st floor radiator), made himself available immediately. He fixed the problem promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Since then, Michael has been our go to plumber and has fully refurbished 4 bathrooms / en suites, has replaced numerous radiators, relocated a boiler and is currently in the process of carrying out the plumbing work in our kitchen extension. Michael works incredibly hard, the results are fantastic and his work is very neat. he goes out of his way to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. He can do more than just plumbing, for example he has fitted units and shelves for us which is a massive help. He is a lovely person, very polite and trustworthy. We would highly recommend him. ) and completed a simple but awkward sink tap installation professionally and with minimum fuss and mess.
